PS5 playback skipping forwards on H.265 files

The PS5 player skips forward unexpectedly on H.265 files when playing in “original” quality. I haven’t seen the issue when transcoding to lower quality. It’s a repeatable problem. Every time I skip back it skips in the same place. Confirmed this with the video playing synchronously on a different device. Seeking to within the skipped time triggers a playback error message. Here’s the file information as Ubuntu provides it.

Hardware decoding is not enabled, so I don’t think this is related to the issues with external GPUs on Linux. The error occurred at approximately 22:01:24 local time. Here’s the relevant section of the log file attached.
