Plex on my PS5, xbox series x and laptop skips forward 10 seconds VERY occasionally plz fix!

never used to skip on any of my platforms- for 10 seconds at a time every 5 mins or less.
i own a permanent plex account and hate to see it becoming a worse player than vlc.
please fix
