I am totally new to Plex. I have the app downloaded and have successfully watched some live TV. I purchased the movie The Fellowship of the Ring, and it was visible at the top of my Home Screen.
I clicked on watch now and was taken to a new screen that was blank and the told me it was not available. I redid the process and got the same result. Searched for Plex tech support. Went back into the app to try to watch the movie again so I could get the exact error message. Now the movie is no longer on my Home Screen.
I’m working on an iPad Pro, OS 17.7.10
Any help would be appreciated.
