My movies are suddenly showing as unavailable on the Xbox One Plex App

Hi,
My movies are suddenly showing as unavailable on the Xbox One Plex App, everything seemed to be working fine at the start of the week?
I have removed the Xbox One app from my authorised devices and re-added it – but no joy. All the movies are there in the library; I just can’t watch then?!
Any help, would be appreciated.

Are the movies only not available in the PLEX app?

It sounds like you have the moviews stored on an external harddrive and Plex Server cannot see the files anymore.

That seems to be what has happen - although the HD hadn’t been unplugged and could still be seen on in file explorer in windows. the good old un-plug and plug it back in again method, comes to the rescue.
