cant claim server, tried signing out and back in, used different browsers, cleared all my ips, rebooted everything, even deleted plex(QNAP-451+) HELP!!! also I dont know how to use ssh, but why all of a sudden

What’s the ip of your QNAP, as well as the workstation IP and OS you are trying on?
192.168.1.190 /Win10pro
at this point I’am backing up all my 6tb and resetting the qnap and trying again, because as of 2 weeks ago the nas and plex dont want to get updates, nothing on my end has changed. I will report back
Check Qnap dns and default route settings
Restored My qnap the installed plex,…everything is now working…but what will bother me is why, I changed nothing.
Impossible to tell now, since you reinstalled
