Server Version#: QTS 4.3.6.1070
Player Version#: 1.18.1.1973
I got a new QNAP TVS-882. I moved my system from a working Synology. Im stuck as to why I cant even add the server to get to the basic folder setup. I launch PMS from the apps which points to https://X.XX.1.59:32400/web. Chrome blocks it so I remove the s from htttps then I can reach the plex but after login I get the no soup for you message. There is no firewall blocking anything. Within chrome I have the IP set to allow everything. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I did install Lets Encrypt SSL which is fine for outside access to the NAS but what am I missing here?
FWIW I downgraded to QTS 4.3.6 based on the other thread. Thanks in advance for any tips.
Ok removed all my 3.5 drives and reinstalled on 2x raid 1 ssd drives. This moved the install to CacheDev1 from 2 and allows me to get into the plex app (no soup msg gone) but still doesnt recognize the server. Plex is running on my local NAS IP but now stuck on add media to server but only option is to re download PMS. Not seeing any way to claim the NAS as the server. Still seems like a permissions issue to me. Im logged in with admin creds and r/w on all drives.
