Fresh installation on a just opened QNAP TS-253D, just received.
Manual installation of the installer, and opening of the web interface.

“No soup for you! The server you’re trying to access doesn’t want to let you in. Make sure you’re signed in as a user with access to this server.”

I am unable to setup my plex i try to uninstall and reinstall the app. I also created a new account to see if it would fix it no luck. I keep getting this error.[error] No soup for you! I can get access to the server, but cannot claim it.

I have a untouched configuration of the nas, because just opened.
Ports already opened/forwarded on the gateway (32400).

What’s the IP Net involved?

Has to be in Private Address Space

Just using the IP instead of the hostname (as QTS links) and it works…
