Qnap cannot install web directory

After resetting the qnap, I wanted to reinstall my plex server unfortunately it does not reinstall the plex / web directory.

The server is installed, but I cannot configure it because I do not have access to the site http://192.168.1.103:32400/web

I installed from qnap’s AppCenter and manually from the plex site. unfortunately the problem continues.

Therefore, I do not have access to the site http://127.0.0.1:32400/web, inaccessible site.

Please tell me how to properly reinstall the plex server.

What’s the IP Address of the workstation, where you browse towards http://192.168.1.103:32400/web ?

Also, did you try another browser, since might also be related to browser plugins blocking server broadcasts

My network is good in 192.168.1.1 and my Nas Qnap has the ip 192.168.1.103

I am well on my network when I test http://192.168.1.103:32400/web, unfortunately the page is inaccessible.

I think the installation did not install the whole local site.

Can you tell me how to reinstall just these pages because the Plex server is well installed.

Just install the PMS qpkg on top of the existing

Also, try and browse towards http://192.168.1.103:32400/identity

Do you see an xml output?

And did you as asked tried another browser?

Problem solved, that I am stupid. the site did not go in https

I removed the “s” and now it’s fine.
