Problem:
Connecting from web via to NAS (QTS4.53 PRO - QTP.4.3) via plex.tv has no issue.
Connecting from Hybrid Desk station via HDMI to NAS is seeing “Search Search Search…” across the left Navigation bar
I have already tried with the following:
- Remove the Plex from QNAP Store
- remove Plex Hybrid Desk Station
- restart QNAP
- remove all Authorised devices from plex.tv via web
- login to QNAP
- download latest QKPG from Plex
- Install Plex on QNAP Store
- Start Plex on both QNAP Store and Hybrid Desk Station
- No problem connecting from web
- No problem opening Plex via QNAP Store
- Still seeing same Search Search Search from Hybrid Desk Station connected to NAS via HDMI to monitor
I have called up QNAP, after 2 months of interaction (several attempts via teamviewer), they have advised that they are not familiar with Plex and unable to resolve the issues. they have suggested that i approach Plex instead.
Anyone has similar problem and managed to resolve?
