QNAP NAS, using the @Transcode folder

I’m trying to use a QNAP TS-231 to run Plex. I know that it cannot transcode files on the fly, but it does have an application that will automatically transcode new videos that are added to the library.

Currently, Plex adds the original version of the file to my library, and then adds a second copy of the move with @Transcode as the title.

Is there a way to teach Plex how to get the transcoded versions of my videos without adding a second mislabeled copy to my library?

I have the same question.
What you might be able to do is set PLEX Library to the transcode directory.
However I have found that not all movies transcode.
