QNAP - Plex install - Can't access off-network

Server Version#: 1.23.4.4805
Player Version#: 4.57.4 (web-based player through Chrome Browser)

Can stream from a web-client on the local network - but can’t stream remotely (I have an annual plex pass subscription).

New to QNAP Plex implementations - as previously I had my Plex install on a Windows Server (which worked with remote access fine on the same network).

May I have the log files please?

QNAP does things differently.
Please read this and create a PlexData shared folder then restart Plex.
It will make grabbing the logs in FileStation easier.
