Qnap PMS 1.27.1 invisible Server after update

Server Version#: 1.27.1
Player Version#: 4.76.1 web

after the last update the server is unreachable, invisible.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I also tried a downgrade but nothing to do. Some idea?

I can’t go to Settings > Manage > Troubleshooting in Plex Web App
but i zipped log folder from plex…

When said, according to your log, PMS is up and running

When said, it looks like your PMS can’t login to plex.tv, so it might need to be reclaimed

Solved.
First I tried the solution which proposed to delete some entries from Preferences.xml. Since it didn’t work, I opted to delete the Preferences.xml file.
The system started working again.
In any case, I always keep updated to the latest version.
Yesterday I got the news that a managed user (hacker) was created, so I changed the password and added two-factor authentication. But it seems the hacker managed to reroute the server’s public IP at will, barring me from access.
