QNAP TVS-672X NAS not showing for available Plex servers

I’ve tried finding this topic in other posts with no avail.

About a week or two ago, Plex was hacked into from unauthorized device. Ever since then, I have been unable to:

  1. Open Plex directly from QNAP. The page says “Loading” and never loads the IP.
  2. Ability to access QNAP from Plex app as server. When logged into my account, I do not have the ability to find the server.

Any and all help would be greatly, greatly appreciated!
