You can always grab the logs.
- Create a shared folder named (exact case)
PlexDataanywhere you want. - Restart Plex
- Let it run 2 minutes
- Stop Plex.
- Open FileStation
- Navigate: PlexData/Plex Media Server
- Right-click “Logs” → Compress to logs.zip
- When done, Download the ZIP file
- Attach here.
