You can always grab the logs.

  1. Create a shared folder named (exact case) PlexData anywhere you want.
  2. Restart Plex
  3. Let it run 2 minutes
  4. Stop Plex.
  5. Open FileStation
  6. Navigate: PlexData/Plex Media Server
  7. Right-click “Logs” → Compress to logs.zip
  8. When done, Download the ZIP file
  9. Attach here.
