Have my quadHD installed on server 2012 R2. Drivers don’t seem to install correctly. I do see under audio/video(device manager) I see two QuadHD drivers. One says IR. When I open winTV, the remote controls(moves things around via the remote) winTV. WinTV doesn’t see the tuner. Plex see’s the card but comes up empty when channel scanning. Any advice?
You might need to remove winTV in order for Plex to be able to use it properly.

(might not be, since you said you can see the card, just can’t scan channels in Plex, so it might be one of the other packages needed. Might be worthwhile to post in that thread and ask others)

You need to install the BDA drivers for R2
