Quality of playback on remote access

Hey Everyone,

Im a newbie and this question might have been asked a lot but couldn’t find a solution to it.

I’m using Plex with my NAS machine (custom built with FREENAS).
Everything used to work fine, until recently… I did move house but still using the same router (ASUS XT8).

The issue is that on remote access the quality is very low even when trying to change the quality to max or 1080p.
The quality im getting on remote access is 720p or even less.
At home is all good and i’m able to change the quality to my desire resolution, before I moved to my new house I had the same internet speed and no issues with the quality of the remote access playback.
Internet speed is Fiber optic 1 Gbps with upload speed of 250MB

Any idea ?
