Quality really bad when outside the network streaming from synology server

Hi,

I hope I put my question in the right erea.

The problem I have, is when streaming from my synology server, when im outside of the network. It works with video ds but i wanted to switch completely to plex. At home it works perfectly.

I also checked, I didnt put any limits on uploading. Do I miss something?
