Random Album Radio in Plexamp

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10191 (NVidia Shield)
Player Version#: 4.12.3 (Windows 11) & 4.12.4 (iOS)

I am having issues with Plexamp when launching the Random Album Radio on Windows and iOS. It works fine when launched from Plex directly (Windows, NVidia Shield).
It’s just dark for a while and then gets back to the home.

Any idea?

I‘m using Plexamp 4.12.4 on iOS 26.1 and cannot reproduce this issue. Random Album radio loads immediately and keeps playing fine.
Your client logs might contain some pointers on what’s going wrong in your setup.
