Random question about PMP on windows

So, i was wondering if it was normal for the pmp app (not the UWP version) to use quite high system resources at idle, more specifically why even though my system reports 0% cpu and gpu usage, it’s putting both the cpu and gpu at max core clocks, for example if i minimize pmp my gpu clocks are 300mhz and 300mhz and my cpu is at 0.97ghz the second i click the app though everything jumps to 1366mhz, 2166mhz and 4.2ghz without reporting any kind of usage on either of them, the only real problem with that is power draw and heat (and therefore noise) so i was just wondering if that was normal, again, not much of a problem just a random question :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes, objects on the screen usually refresh pulling from the server. Plus nobody like a laggy mouse or keyboard.
