I tried searching around but came up blank. I’m having random uploads being reported by my Firewalla Gold that seem to be related to Plex as it’s the only thing running on my unRAID server where traffic is being sent to what looks like a VPS hosting company in Sweden. Is there a list somewhere of the IP schemes/addresses used by plex?

Depends on what exact communication this is.
Usually, the only troublesome parts should be the central nodes involved in remote access. Those are described/documented in the related troubleshooting support article (check out the “IPs Being Blocked” section and the Current Worker IP addresses link there).
I appreciate your help. After drilling down into my firewall logs and checking other containers, it looks like I had another container that was responsible for the random uploads.
