Why is it that You guys seem to pick and choose what you respond to? There are several important items that I’ve seen you guys flat out ignore over and over again. Some of these issues are bugs, some of these issues are long standing requests by several users. Regardless, many never get any consideration, or the decency of a response and it makes dealing with these issues extremely frustrating because it shows that nobody cares
I tend to disagree.
Plex clearly states they won’t comment on every suggestion unless it requires clarification. As for issues… it’s easy to miss posts if it’s just another „me too“ reaction in an older thread where follow up questions have been ignored, side-stepped…
As for your post… seems to me like a rhetorical comment and not so much linked to the topic at hand, does it?
You can disagree all you want, but you’d be wrong.
There’s currently a 6 year old thread where users are asking that you not keep old version hanging around when you do updates on the server.
Is that an issue? You bet! Has Plex even replied ONCE? No. Is the issue fixed? No. Does it need “clarification”? No. Pretty cut and dry on what the issue is, and the fix is EXTREMELY simple. I mean, why bother keeping them around anyway? It’s not like there’s a REVERT TO PREVIOUS button. I could see perhaps keeping what amounts to the current “last version”, but none beyond that.
I have also seen NUMEROUS threads with bugs that are completely ignored and feature requests that should garner at least the courtesy of being addressed. There’s actually one feature request that I know about that’s had to be merged because there wound up being duplicates, but even then, completely ignored and not even responded to…
… and yes, this may be “off topic”, but it’s funny how you try to make light of that in your response considering that the very nature of my response is that you DON’T respond to threads you should be responding to. It’s frustrating that you don’t see the irony in that. You bellyaching instead of asking me to either clarify or show what I mean is ANOTHER example demonstrating how little you care

In typical fashion (and highly predictable, as I just noted the same behavior above…)… moved thread then completely ignore.
