List of feature requests dead?

Since 05/17/2017 the list of Top Feature Requests was not updated  What does that mean - no more interest of PLEX in users needs?

@grappina - Welcome to Plexpass forums, where many would argue voting on Feature requests is pretty much ignored anyway.
(I’m not arguing whether you Plex devs do or don’t, I’m simply saying, tons of people, including myself, feel like it’s a wasted click no matter how often we click Like)

Yeah, most of it is definitely ignored here. There are many wishes that hundreds of people have wished for over the last years that are not realized, nor is there ever a statement about it. I mean that you do not comment on every wish is clear, but some who have been there for years and have several 100 people who wish that I do not understand it.
I have the feeling that only look at what you need and want and the community and especially the paying customers do not matter to you.
Some apps have not been updated for months and no longer work. You just get let down.
What a pity the development of the last few months.

I’ve been visiting this sub-forum regularly since getting my pass, as it seems like a good idea. But a little maintenance and conversation would go a long way. I think, like Apple, when there’s a problem big or small, and it goes unaddressed for years (or when pushed), frustration builds in the community. From what it sounds like, it seems sometimes people leave Plex for Emby just because it seems like those devs communicate more.

Sure, there’s lots of pie-in-the-sky ideas here that would never make it for various logistical reasons. But there’s also a lot of good smaller ideas/fixes (seemingly low hanging fruit) that may only be important to a fraction of the people who follow this forum.

I get it, you need to work on big features, to hopefully attract more paying users and investors. And I’m sure maintaining a standard number of features across the many varied platforms is no easy task. But to know if any of this (these requests) at all makes your radar, much less your development whiteboard, I think would go a long way with the users.

Has anyone reading this noticed that server releases in the announcement forum has what seem to be bug tracker numbers out to the right in parenthesis?
I’d be happy for a read-only view of that list to know what some of the things Plex devs truly know about and are working on to fix. Anyone know if I’ve missed that list publicly already?

I believe Otto or Chuck commented on a similar question some time ago… for their eyes only.

@tom80H - Figured as much, thanks.

2021 clean-up: no feature suggestion
