Raspberry Pi 4 as a mirror / alternate server?

Server Version#: Version 4.63.0
Player Version#:

I typically run my plex server on my pc which connects to my google drive via rclone. The plex is just used within the home by myself and sometimes by my partner. I would like to have a back up or duplicate server which can be turned on when for whatever reason my pc isn’t on. This would be used mostly to stream music and audio but sometimes films or tv. I don’t have a 4k tv and only have up to 1080p media. I do have some video files over 5GB. I pretty much never bother with transcoding.

I would still like to have the media server on the pc be my main server where I do all the server maintenance but just have that automatically update to the duplicate server on the mini pc or raspberry pi.

It this possible? Could I for example just buy a raspberry pi 4 set up, install an OS, Plex and set up rclone, connect to the internet and then just run a mirror server off my Rpi4 as needed without having to attach the pi to my pc to update etc? Would this be a fairly straight forward job?

My budget for this is approx £100.

Any advice would be great.
