Installed Plex Server on Pi4 with Hauppage Dual HD, (just purchased). The Pi and Plex Server both recognise and communicate with the Hauppage " lsusb
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 2040:8265 Hauppauge dualHD
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 2109:3431 VIA Labs, Inc. Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub"
Plex goes through “Live TV & DVR” set-up ok, recognising my post code.
With Hauppage connected to my main external antenna (which has very strong signal and works perfectly with main TV) - Plex Server conducts scan OK but always returns “No Channels found”. Have tried by selecting local transmitter and full channel scan with same result.
Any thoughts - faulty Hauppage or some quirk using Pi - although as noted pi does recognise and communicate with the Hauppage.

The local transmitter settings will almost definitely be wrong, but full UK channel scan should work.
