Hi, I have Rotten Tomatoes set as my rating provider for my movie agent. For some reason ratings are not downloading for my one movie even though there is a rating for it when I check on the Rotten Tomatoes website. I have already tried refreshing the metadata multiple times with no luck. Why is the rating not showing ? Thanks.
Think its the same issue as this thread -> Metadata: Rocketman (2019) not downloading Critic rating (IMDB) and alas no update has been forthcoming

Same issue as these other 25 issues (at least), going back to 2016 (…)
I doubt there will be a solution coming any time soon. @anon5074910 seems to have made it work with tmdb agent though. Likely the ratings will still be a bit incorrect, but definitely better than Plex movie.

Ratings from tmdb are coming through perfectly on plex (at least for me) – less folks use this for rating so the % can differ from IMDB or Rotten Tomatoes but overall its good and at least from what I can see is working 100% with the plex metadata fetchers.
If your interested in tmdb you can export your existing IMDB ratings and import them into tmdb. Works like a charm but I do find myself now including my ratings on both sites
