I would really like to setup a ratings order in the Plex Movie Agent. Right now we can just choose the rating source from RottenTomatoes or from IMDB or from TheMovieDatabase…But why not scan all in an order and just add if the previous not was found.
Example: If the user like Rottentomatoes ratings more than imdb and TheMovieDatabase he could arrange the order like that:
1st: RottenTomatoes
2nd: IMDB
3rd: TheMovieDatabase
So if the rating for a movie was not found on Rottentomatoes it would continue to check imdb and if that also got no rating it would then check the MovieDatabase. If the rating was found on imdb it would stop and not search on the 3rd source which would be TheMovieDatabase.
I have a lot Thai Movies for my Wife and at the moment i have the source from imdb, because Rotten does not have so much ratings for Thai Movies. But also imdb have not all Movies with ratings and then it would be nice to check the 3rd source TheMovieDatabase. My Problem is i want for my other Movie Library which are mostly Hollywood Movies the Rotten ratings…but at the moment not possible, because i need to let the source to imdb in the Agent because of the Thai Movie Library.
And dont get me wrong…it should just be a possibility to arrange it…lets say someone want to use just Rotten and nothing else…he can just populate the 1st source and the other 2 on “None” or something like that.
