Re-authentication after a period of no use

Server Version#: 1.55.0.3278-c6164b3c
Player Version#: 8.10

My parents have two different homes they stay at for multiple months at a time. EVERY time they return to or from one of these homes, they are asked to re-authenticate/login their Apple TV Plex App to my Plex Server. This feels like a “lack of use/idle” timeout and I would like to make it so this doesn’t happen. Is there some setting that I can change that would prevent this?

For all my other family members, who regularly use a single streaming device (all Apple TVs), this NEVER occurs. Any help is appreciated.

No, you cannot change this. The authentication for a client to access a server is called a “token”. These do expire after some time. When you use the app regularly, these get updated so you don’t need to re-authenticate.
