RE: Plex on Synology NAS can't find server after password change

I have tried the preferences.xml. I have tried removing plex server and reinstalling. I have tried running incognito. I have tried combinations of the 2. I have gone through the adding the security option to the xml. I just want to start over at this point but it will not let me. I have also tried the logging out of all plex devises and changing the password again. Please HELP! The no soup for you is really making me nuts. I just want my library back. I’m running synology nas DS918 +

Thanks, however I have followed these instructions from https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ and the results are the same, " no soup for you".

Do you have any other suggestions for me?

I was able to resolve by deleting the server, then logging back in locally.
