I had one of my mounts acting up today and I have plex to automatically trash stuff , as a result some items were deleted from the Plex library. The items do exist on the mount but now they are not recognised after a scan library. Is there a way aside from Plex Dance , my library can reinsert them? They are quite a few and I run on CLI , so plex dancing them would take me ages.

Sadly the items were added after the last plex back up. I guess plex dance it is
