Reaching out for an account pw reset, emails seem to be bounching

Would someone be so kind and reach out to so we can reset my login? I tried the password reset but emails don’t arrive which leads me to believe they’re bouncing.

You can reset your password without an e-mail on your account page: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account. You do have to know the current password.

Regarding the e-mails:
a) Plex hosts are currently under a heavy load. E-mails might be delayed by hours (it happened a few years ago when everyone had to reset their passwords).
b) If you submit too many password reset requests in too short a time, Plex may temporarily suspend replies, as they think someone is trying to hack your account.

So, if you cannot change your password via the account page, wait a few hours before trying again. That will give time for the initial load to subside and any temporary suspensions (if applicable) to lift.

Thank you for the quick response. I will wait and see how it goes. I changed the password but Bitwarden didn’t pick up the change and I just completely missed that.

So I don’t have the current password. I tried verifying my email address a week ago and didn’t get that email either but at that point I was like, that’s a later problem. Well, that bit me in the ass today. Sales emails and notifications about what’s popular go through, just no account emails.

I’m confident the problem will be solved by either time or the plex team handling account issues. Again, thank you!
