Maybe an App for my phone that will let me play MP3 on my LAN. What port on my router would need to passthru?
I think my router has something built in.

I must have Mistaken this for Q_Research.
FYI I just received and unsolicited inappropriate DM from Leda
If you install the Plex app on your mobile device,
AND your server is configured for Remote Access
( Remote Access == Port forwarding from WAN → port 32400 of Plex Server )
then you can sign into your Plex server from outside your home and play whatever you want / your bandwidth allows.
