ReadyNas Install and Compatibility

I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 4312. I have it spun up and syncing the drives/stores. In apps, nothing appears automatically.

I downloaded the stable version of Plex Server for Intel Netgear and installed and the app appeared and is ON.

When I click on Launch, the Plex splash screen pops up and then instantly goes to a not authorized screen.

I have researched and read up on different solutions, but nothing seems to be working.

I get that its a Claim your server issue, but no where is it giving me an option to do so. Any thoughts?

This is the step that is not working. This does not happen at all.

Nevermind. I figured it out. I moved to a different laptop and it worked fine. Its possible the laptop is blocking traffic somewhow.
