Hi All,
I hope all is well and happy new year.
I turned off my Synology NAS before going on vacation and after rebooting my library was empty on the Plex Apple-TV App.
I tried: Logging in, Logging off, reboot, turning off VPN, Unclaim and reinstall, editing the perferences.XML in the PMS shared folder on my NAS to remove “online” affiliated attributes, turning off my NAS firewall, turning off my Router firewall and finally nuking my PMS install on my NAS but:
- I cannot claim my server (on the webpage) when I do a Normal install (then go to 192.x.x.x:32400) (the button clicks then comes back)
- where i do a complete new install I get the below and the install will not complete (i tried incognito, chrome/edge/safari):

Also tried pinging Plex.tv with the two Win+R CMDs and the results were unremarkable.

I obviously apologize to add to the litany of other claiming issues or idiotic requests but I quite at wits end here.
(one thing I have not successfully tried is the Github script fix since it is beyond my technical reach)
