Rebooted my UnRaid Nas computer and my local IP is the same, but Plex can't find it

So I’ve been having the problem where every time my NAS gets rebooted I have to create a new Server and set up all my libraries all over again. I locked my IP address so that wouldn’t change, but it’s still not finding it. It’ll be working before the reboot, but afterwards it can’t find it. It can see my NAS device, but won’t pull my libraries/server.
