Recently added randomly decides that old movies are new

Apologies up front - I’m sort of cross-posting here - no no normally… but I searched for this and responded to a thread before I realized I was in an NVIDIA part of the Plex forums here (and I don’t use an NVIDIA). I realized I’m setup and running beta… so starting with the last build (and updated today to v1.12.0.4829) I’ve noticed I’m experiencing a problem mentioned in a forum post here:

Summary - it appears (out of nowhere) that my Recently Added Movies has turned stupid. It’s now presenting me with movies from years ago that I added as new / present. My NAS is fine (nothing has changed in time stamps, for example)… but here’s my two centrs to add to it:

What throws this - is that my CLOUD sync for the same NAS is fine. It does correctly show the recently added movies.

I’m not sure what caused this or how to fix it - I have a movie library of over 700 movies - so having recently added is pretty important to me.

Suggestions / ideas on how to help troubleshoot this? Is it a known bug in the recent beta? Is there a known “good” work around to fix it (I did turn off auto empty trashcan as mentioned in that other forum post - no good). They referenced that NVIDIA was coming out with a patch to correct this - not sure why, as it does appear to be PLEX related (but I could be mistaken).

I seem to be experiencing the same problem… I think!

Every movie in my library shows as being added ‘a few seconds ago’ if you filter to date added.

My home page and movies library do not seem to sync however. Screen shots added.

Is this a known bug for 1.12.1.4885-1046ba85f?
