Recommended graphics card for hw transcode when running PMS in hyper-v?

I’m running PMS on windows 10 pro that is virtualized in hyper-v.

I’m thinking of getting hw transcode to work, so I can transcode 4k when watching on my laptop and/or phone when away from home.

So, which graphics card is the recommended one to use for that purpose?

I’m guessing it’s still done via DDA in hyper-v?
