Recommended page's Collections links don't lead to Collection page

I enjoy placing some of my Collections on the Recommended page of a Library. Ideally, there’d be a way on each player to move from that row on the Recommended page to the home page of the Collection itself. I don’t believe any of the players that I’ve seen can do this.
On a desktop, in a fat client and the web app, it is maddening and looks like a bug: clicking the link on a Recommended page to a Collection that is listed will bring a user to an orphaned page that just lists, one assumes, all of the Collection’s movies. But the tab menu for the library is gone and there’s no other interactive elements other than the movies. Why not have this link go to the Collection’s actual page?
This issue prevents users from seeing what I consider can often be an integral part of a Collection, which is the Description.

The way the web app is built the hub titles all do the same basic where the link brings you to the same sort of view. I am told is it not as simple as just having collections use a different sort of link created.

Though I have brought it to folks attention and hopefully it can be implemented at some point.
