Server Version#: Unsure

I’m sorry if I’m wasting someone’s time, but my friend actually owns the Plex server and she let’s me share in the fun.
Recently after an update on my Fire TV 4k, I noticed I could no longer view any titles under Recommended. It states there is “No Internet Connection,” but when I go to the Home button I can see and access titles and when I go to Library, I can view all the titles alphabetically.
It does this when I’m logged in as her or when I’m log in under the user profile she gave me. If I’m logged in under her name I have access to other Plex servers that she shares with. If I log into one of her friends accounts, I can see all his titles, it doesnt matter if I’m under Recommended or Library. It’s only when I view things on her drive with her login or my login. When she logs in with her Fire TV, she sees everything correctly under her login and my profile.
I’m thinking there is a setting messed up somewhere because if it was an issue with Fire TV, it wouldn’t work when I’m viewing her friend’s plex, right?
I hope this makes sense to someone.
