Recommended TAB shows no Internet

Server Version#:1.16.0.1226-7eb2c8f6f Linux 16.04.6 LTS (Xenial Xerus)
Player Version#:8.0.0.17276 AFTN Amazon Fire TV

Only on Fire TV, just in the last 2 days, the recommended TAB on some of the content menus shows “No Internet Retry”; the Library TAB shows all the movies.
On the PC WEB interface all the TABs show correctly.

Have reintstalled the PLEX app on the fire no change.
Server restart no change.

any suggestions?

Many of my shared users are also saying they’ve lost their watched/unwatched progress on tv series since seeing this “Recommended” error too. Unclear if they’re correlated.

There might be DNS issues. You could try this test build and report in that thread

I haven’t loaded the suggested files…as this is working on my android phone OK and my Windows PC, just not on Fire stick.

I still have this issue across all my devices.
Only affects the recommended tabs. Plex works perfectly otherwise.
