When setting up a recording for TV Shows, I have the choice only new episodes or new and repeat airings. Is there a way to record only the repeat airings?
For some shows, I want to be able to record the New Airings into one folder and all of the repeats into a second folder. Basically, I want to create an entire show history that’s stored long-term in folder 2. For the New Airings, I want to be able to watch them and would use a nightly script to query the Plex db, find episodes that are marked as watched, and then silently move them into the long-term folder.
I’ve thought about constraining the recording to a certain channel (ION shows previous seasons of at least four different shows I want to do this for), but there could be repeat airings on the main network that I could capture and would miss if I did this.
Any suggestions here? Or, could we get a “Repeat Airings” only option?
