… unless the first recording was a NEW recording (Hence “New and Repeat Airings.” That is, if the first recording is a RE-RUN, therefore NOT NEW, no repeat airings will be recorded by Plex. Either “New and Repeat Airings” should work with RE-Runs, or a new category called “RE-Runs and Repeat Airings” is needed.
Easy enough for you to consistently repeat this problem. This is what I did …
1.) Set up a NEW program to record “New and Repeat Airings.”
2.) Set up a Re-Run (say like Hogan’s Heros or Becker) to record “New and Repeat Airings.”
3.) After the Second airings have occurred the Repeat Airings of the NEW program will be listed as “Copy 1,” Copy 2,", etc.
4.) There will be NO copies of the Re-Run.
Can this be fixed so that repeat airings of Re-runs also are recorded?
