While I am watching locally stored video content and other users on my server are accessing live tv function (and I assume they are switching channels or closing their stream as they have not reported issues) I get a grey pop up on upper right of my screen that says “recording failed:live tv session”. It lasts about 2 seconds. This is only on Apple TV Plex app. It does not happen on roku or macOS desktop apps or the web player. I will upload server logs as soon as I get home. The most recent time stamp for this was 1/5/21 19:30-19:50.
