Recording Failed. Please check your Tuner or Antenna

When trying to record certain shows I keep getting the error "Recording Failed. Please check your tuner or antenna. I have checked everything with my HD Homerun and the Splitter and still no solution. From reading other posts it seems to be an issue with the most recent plex update. Is there a way plex can fix this or another way to get back the previous version of plex?

Fios User: Running an HDHomeRun Prime into a Netgear Nighthawk Router. Wifi speeds are in excess of 200mbps, and I am able to run HDHomerun on my phone for live TV, but if I try to run anything through Plex, I am getting a bandwidth spike intermittently (inconsistent windows).

I get the following error “Recording failed. Please check your tuner or antenna.” Only get this during live tv. When watching on Mobile Devices, it buffers, and then often times times out or fails entirely. Looking at the bandwidth dashboard, there are spikes of high and low,

Again, this is being viewed on an NVIDIA Shield, hardwired into a gigabit router, with HDHomerun Prime.

Any advice on how to rectify this issue?

This is the message from the HDHR Logs when it times out (the lower of the two)

20190205-00:25:23 CableCARD: tuner0 505 WCVB-DTV (auto:507MHz-3103) access = subscribed
20190205-00:26:45 Tuner: tuner0 http stream ended (remote closed)

UPDATE:

I uninstalled and reinstalled the update on PMS on Shield, uninstalled updates on Plex app for Shield, and now i am able to get about 26 minutes of recording before it gives me the error again.

Could this be because I am watching 1080p live tv and the Shield only has 16gb of internal storage? Curious how best to rectify this issue. any solutions/advice is welcome.
