So today I tried recording some NFL games. The first one started off fine until I stopped the recording after the first half and when I tried to record starting the second half it would not record. I had done this on the previous version just fine. So then my second game I had set to record, I just let it go the whole time. Everything seemed fine until it was done and the show just disappeared. Nothing moved to recording folder and nothing left in .grab. The only thing I can think of is maybe there was a naming conflict since recordings go by date and these would have the same date.
I also had issues trying to record NFL games yesterday. I had set it up to record all the afternoon games but was at work so didn’t check on its progress. When I got home there was just nothing. In the recording schedule they weren’t there (they were there before they started), nothing in the folders or .grab.
So I rebooted everything and checked on the Sunday night game. According to ‘scheduled recordings’ page it was being recorded. After it was done though, it just stayed on that page as recording instead of changing to a play button. I looked around the folders and it was sitting in .grab. I left it overnight figuring it was still processing. Then this morning it’s still in .grab. I just moved it and it appears to be working recording even though the metadata is all wrong plex is matching it to “The Real Football Factories”.
Edit: should also note I recorded another show at same time as Sunday night game and that worked fine. I am using hdhomerun prime with plex on a Windows PC.
I am having issues recording tonight’s NFL football game. I can view it “live”, but when I try to record it, it never starts recording. When I look at the recording priority, it shows “No upcoming airings”, but the game is definitely on.
What do your record options look like?

This is happening on my Plex server version 1.9.1.4272 which is setup in New York with HD Homerun PRIME and Verizon FIOS. I have also tried restarting the HDHR Prime as well as Plex Media Server.
I am able to setup and record the game on my Plex server version 1.9.1.4272 which is setup in Missouri with HD HomeRun Connect and over the air signal.
Plex Media Server log file say anything about trying to record?
I am having this same problem right now. There is a football game on right now. I can view it live, but when I ask it to record, it just shows “Recording Scheduled” and when I got to Recordings, it shows, “No airings”.
