Recordings failed, plex segfault, no errors, no logs

Hi,

This morning I woke up to a seemingly frozen Plex instance. I restarted the app and it appears like something died around midnight recording wise. None of my recordings worked last night and when I started the server this morning I’m not given any sort of error message about why they failed. I downloaded the logs and looked in them, but I see zero messages about any sort of failure.

What I do see in dmesg is this:

[Mon Oct 7 23:53:05 2019] Plex Media Serv[24437]: segfault at cc ip 00000000008eec7e sp 00007f331911d4b0 error 4 in Plex Media Server[400000+1925000]

So you do have some nasty issue that bit me.

cough cough, just noticed a missing 1 in that date. I guess Plex segfaulted 10 days ago. This mornings failure was completely silent on all fronts it appears.
