Last week on 11/17, Plex didn’t record Jeopardy as per schedule . Only show we record.
Message, Could not move recorded media to destination, pops up when we trying to watch the show.
No Jeopardy files are on the server since 11/16. Nothing in the cache folder.
Plex and OS are on 120 gig C: SSD, library is on D: 10 tb.
C has 80gig free, D: has 8tb free.
OS is win 10 pro.
Nothing that I know of has changed between 16th and 17th.
Drive D is local to server so I don’t think it is a timing issue as was reported by some people using NAS as storage.
Troubleshooting I’ve done
Last night, 11/19 watched Jeopardy live to make sure it was being aired. Check guide and it showed it was being recorded.
Later on 11/19 I see a Plex update is available so installed it, no change today, 11/20.
Also on 11/19, read in here that adding additional library may help, so created D:\Meida\TV Shows folder and added to tv library. No help.
Looked in recycle bin, only files there are Jeopardy episodes that have been watched and deleted.
Looked at log files but not seeing anything about this problem.
Checked windows even viewer, nothing relevant there.
What should I look for in the logs, which log and any other suggestions.
I am having the same problem. Synology NAS but everything has been hunky dory before this. I have a show set to be recorded and they have been up until now but all of a sudden after ups dating to this version they are not in the schedule.
They are new episodes and in the guide as such and when I delete the event and make a new one it shows on that window after I click the record new episodes button but before the save button there is one episode it says should record.
After I click save it shows the show entry in the list with the others but says no upcoming entries. Yes I tried to change the setting to be any showing not just new ones. I also stopped the service and restarted it. Nothing. Suggestions?
The update today to 1.21.0.3616 didn’t help. I have some pics below that might help??
The pics show that a Battle of the Blades show is new on Thursday Nov 26 and to be recorded but…
Problem = it does not show in the listing of shows that will be recorded.(the queue)
Tomorrow is Tuesday 24 and then you can see the next recording entry is for Sunday 29th. Thursday 26th recording of Battle of the Blades is not showing. What Gives??
Also, when I click the big RED Record Rectangle in one pic it opens the Download screen (see pic also). Is this normal. (current updated iOS on iPhone 8+ as of this writing Nov 24)
They are also the same in web views and smart TV.
Do any other people have same conflicting screens?
