Refresh All Metadata Reset Posters to Movie Scenes

I added a few new movies and their metadata was incorrect. I ran the refresh all metadata on the movies library. That action subsequently changed all my movie posters to a scene from the movie. No changes were made to the server agents and they remain in their default state. Movies are organized in their own folder Media/Movies/MovieName/MovieName (release year).ext

Any idea why PMS is favoring a movie scene versus a movie poster?

Thank you, I have attached the logs to the original post. In an attempt to remedy the issue I did make some agent changes and started placing poster.jpg art in the movie directories. I was really hoping it wouldn’t come to doing that.
