Unfortunately, I had to format my windows and now I don’t know how to reinstall the plex server. Do I have to start a clean install? Can I restore something? Do I need to reset any settings? Somebody help me, please. Thanks

If you didn’t move the Plex data folder away from its default location on drive C:
all Plex data are unfortunately lost.
You will have to install Plex server completely new, create libraries etc.
You should use your previous/current plex.tv login credentials (and not create a new account).
