I got a RPi3, tried RasPlex 1.0.3, but not able to see my wifi. Same position (place in the room), able to get nice connectivity from using Raspbian. Also, bluetooth won’t connect speakers ? Is there going to be any update on it anytime soon? Also wanted to ask, what can I do in the meantime to play videos or youtube on RPi3 till RasPlex starts working
To enable WiFi you need to go into System Settings and enable WiFi and then connect to your router.
There is currently no bluetooth for audio devices, the next release has this enabled for the Raspberry Pi 3.

Thanks. But I had it enabled, and it shows a couple of wifi ssids, but not mine. I have tried restarting a lot of times, as it doesn’t refresh the SSID list without it. Also I have tested in raspbian with iwlist, it did show my router’s ssid, and then I was able to connect to it as well.

We are at the final stage of testing the new release, unless any show-stopper issue is reported I expect a release later this week or early next week.
