I agree that this is a terrible revision of the UI. It’s like an AI created app with trendy graphics for the iPhone generation.. My entire family absolutely hates it and I’m looking for alternatives. I’m really afraid that this will also be propagated to HTPC and Windows versions soon. I will probably end up just going over to Emby or Jellyfin.

Nothing. The plan is that this New Experience will roll out to every device. You can’t stop it. It will spread beyond your comprehension. Eventually you’ll use the New Interface to drive your car to work. You’ll use it to call your Mother every Sunday. You’ll see it every time you crack open a book. It will greet you every morning when your alarm goes off. You cannot escape. New Interface is coming for you!!!
